Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Introduction
This Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy ("Policy") explains the processes and requirements relating to the correction, management, consolidation, and removal of business profiles published on the Peeptown platform ("Platform").
Peeptown provides a platform through which business profiles may be created, claimed, managed, and maintained by business owners, authorized representatives, and other eligible users in accordance with the applicable Platform policies. Once a business profile has been successfully claimed, the responsibility for maintaining accurate and up-to-date business information generally rests with the verified business owner or authorized representative.
This Policy establishes the procedures for claiming and managing business profiles, reporting inaccurate information, requesting the removal or merging of business profiles, updating business details following legitimate business changes, and submitting requests relating to duplicate, relocated, renamed, or permanently closed businesses. It also explains how Peeptown reviews requests, the documentation that may be required, and the circumstances under which requests may be approved, declined, or require additional verification.
Nothing in this Policy guarantees that every correction, update, removal, or other requested action will be approved. Peeptown reserves the right to review each request individually and to make decisions based on the information available, applicable laws, the integrity of the Platform, and its other governing policies.
This Policy should be read together with the Business Listing Policy, Business Verification Policy, Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies published by Peeptown.
