Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy

Peeptown allows users to report business information that they reasonably believe is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, duplicated, or otherwise inconsistent with the information displayed on the Platform. The reporting process is intended to improve the quality and reliability of business information while respecting the rights of Business Owners to manage their claimed Business Profiles.

A report may relate to matters such as an incorrect business name, address, contact information, operating hours, website, category, duplicate profiles, business closure, relocation, or other factual inaccuracies. Reports should be submitted in good faith and, where reasonably available, supported by relevant information or evidence.

Submitting a report does not authorize the reporting user to modify, control, or manage the Business Profile. A report is treated solely as a request for review and does not guarantee that any information will be changed, removed, or updated.

Where a Business Profile has been claimed, Peeptown may, where appropriate, notify the verified Business Owner or Authorized Representative of the reported issue and provide them with an opportunity to review or update the information. Peeptown may also request additional information from the reporting user or the Business Owner before making any determination.

Peeptown reserves the right to accept, reject, defer, or take no action on any report where the information cannot be reasonably verified, where conflicting evidence exists, where the report appears to be malicious, abusive, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith, or where no action is considered necessary under applicable Platform policies.

Users should not use the reporting process to harass businesses, interfere with competitors, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to gain unauthorized control over a Business Profile. Misuse of the reporting process may result in the rejection of requests, suspension of Platform privileges, or other actions permitted under the Peeptown Terms of Service.
