Intellectual Property & Brand Rights Policy

Peeptown allows business names and other publicly available business information to be referenced for the purpose of identifying, describing, and connecting users with legitimate businesses through the Platform. The use of a business name or other factual business information for identification purposes does not, by itself, constitute trademark infringement or imply any ownership, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation with Peeptown.

Business names, addresses, telephone numbers, website links, business categories, operating hours, and other factual business information may appear within business profiles or other areas of the Platform where such information has been submitted by users, business owners, authorized representatives, or obtained from publicly available and lawful sources. The publication of factual business information is intended solely to facilitate business discovery and informational purposes.

The appearance of a business name on the Platform does not indicate that the business has claimed its profile, verified its information, approved its listing, or entered into any commercial relationship with Peeptown unless expressly stated otherwise through the Platform.

Users must not use another business's name, trademark, trade name, or branding in a manner that falsely represents ownership, impersonates a business, misleads users, diverts customers, or otherwise creates a likelihood of confusion regarding the identity or affiliation of a business.

Where a business owner or authorized representative believes that a business name or related information has been used in a manner that infringes intellectual property rights or creates consumer confusion, they may submit a complaint through the procedures described in this Policy. Peeptown may review the reported content and take appropriate action where warranted.

Nothing in this section grants any person ownership of another party's business name, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. All proprietary rights remain with their respective owners, and Peeptown reserves the right to investigate and address misuse of business names or brand identifiers in accordance with applicable law and this Policy.
