Intellectual Property & Brand Rights Policy

This Intellectual Property & Brand Rights Policy applies to all users, visitors, business owners, verified representatives, organizations, advertisers, customers, and any other person or entity that accesses, uses, contributes to, or interacts with the Peeptown Platform.

This Policy governs all content made available through the Platform, including but not limited to business profiles, business names, logos, trademarks, service marks, photographs, videos, product images, banners, descriptions, promotional materials, business documents, website links, social media links, reviews, comments, messages, advertisements, and any other content submitted, uploaded, published, displayed, or otherwise made available by users.

The Policy applies regardless of whether content is submitted through a newly created business profile, an existing claimed profile, an unclaimed business profile, user-generated content, or any future features or services introduced by Peeptown.

All users are responsible for ensuring that any content they submit, upload, edit, or manage does not infringe the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party. Users must obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, authorizations, or other legal rights before using copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, images, or other protected materials on the Platform.

Peeptown does not independently verify ownership, licensing, or authorization for every item of content submitted to the Platform. Publication of content does not constitute verification, endorsement, approval, ownership, or confirmation that the submitted material complies with applicable intellectual property laws.

This Policy applies in conjunction with the Peeptown Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Business Listing Policy, Business Verification Policy, Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable policies governing the use of the Platform. Where applicable law provides greater protection to intellectual property rights, such laws shall prevail to the extent required.
