Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy

Peeptown seeks to maintain a single, accurate Business Profile for each legitimate business wherever reasonably possible. Duplicate Business Profiles may reduce the quality of information available on the Platform, create confusion for users, and affect the overall integrity of the Platform.

A duplicate Business Profile generally exists where two or more Business Profiles represent the same business operating at the same location or under substantially the same identity. Similar business names, businesses operating multiple legitimate locations, franchises, branches, departments, or separate legal entities are not automatically considered duplicate profiles.

Business Owners, Authorized Representatives, and users may report suspected duplicate Business Profiles through the Platform. Where appropriate, Peeptown may request supporting information to determine whether the reported profiles represent the same business.

Following review, Peeptown may retain the profiles as separate listings, merge eligible profiles, remove duplicate content, disable one or more duplicate profiles, or take any other action it considers appropriate based on the available information and applicable Platform policies.

Peeptown reserves the sole discretion to determine whether Business Profiles constitute duplicate listings. The existence of similar names, addresses, telephone numbers, websites, ownership, or business activities does not automatically require profiles to be merged or removed.

Submission of a duplicate listing report does not guarantee that the reported profiles will be merged, removed, or otherwise modified. All requests are reviewed individually and may require additional verification before any action is taken.
