Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Required Supporting Information
To protect the integrity of Business Profiles and prevent unauthorized modifications, Peeptown may require supporting information before processing certain requests made under this Policy. The type of information requested will depend on the nature of the request and the level of verification reasonably required.
Supporting information may include, where applicable, verification of the requester's identity, confirmation of their relationship to the business, proof of ownership or authority to act on behalf of the business, business registration records, official correspondence, government-issued documentation, authorization letters, or other information that Peeptown reasonably considers necessary to evaluate the request.
Peeptown may also consider publicly available business information, official websites, domain ownership, verified business email addresses, government records, or other reliable sources when reviewing requests, but is not obligated to rely exclusively on any particular source of information.
Failure to provide sufficient supporting information may result in delays, requests for additional verification, rejection of the request, or no action being taken where Peeptown cannot reasonably verify the information submitted.
All supporting information provided to Peeptown must be accurate, complete, authentic, and lawfully obtained. Submission of false, misleading, forged, altered, or fraudulent documentation may result in the rejection of the request, suspension or revocation of account privileges or verification status, removal of Platform access, or any other action permitted under the Peeptown Terms of Service or applicable law.
Peeptown reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, the type and extent of supporting information required for any request and may request additional documentation at any stage of the review process where reasonably necessary.
