Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Business Relocation
A Business Owner or Authorized Representative who permanently relocates a business should update the Business Profile promptly after successfully claiming the profile to ensure that customers have access to accurate location information.
Business relocation may include changes to the business address, service area, contact information, operating hours, maps, or other location-related details. Business Owners are responsible for ensuring that all updated information is accurate, complete, and supported by any documentation that Peeptown may reasonably request during the verification process.
Where a relocation request is submitted for a claimed Business Profile, Peeptown may require verification of the new business location before certain changes become publicly visible or before existing verification status is maintained.
Users who believe a business has relocated but the information displayed on the Platform remains inaccurate may submit a report for review. Such reports do not authorize the reporting user to modify the Business Profile and are subject to the review procedures described in this Policy.
Peeptown reserves the right to request additional information, decline relocation requests that cannot be reasonably verified, or take other appropriate action where conflicting information, suspected fraud, or policy violations are identified.
Business relocation does not automatically create a new Business Profile. Where appropriate, the existing claimed Business Profile should be updated to reflect the new business location rather than creating duplicate listings, unless separate profiles are permitted under applicable Platform policies.
