Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy

A Business Owner or Authorized Representative may submit a request for the removal of a Business Profile where they believe removal is appropriate under this Policy or applicable law. Submission of a removal request does not guarantee that the Business Profile will be removed from the Platform.

Peeptown may require reasonable verification of the requester's identity, authority, and the basis for the requested removal before taking any action. Additional supporting documentation may be requested where necessary.

Peeptown is not obligated to remove a Business Profile solely because a Business Owner or another person requests its removal. Subject to applicable laws and Platform policies, Peeptown may retain, restrict, disable, archive, or continue displaying a Business Profile where doing so serves legitimate operational, informational, historical, legal, fraud prevention, or record-keeping purposes.

Business Profiles may also remain available where they contain factual business information, where the profile does not violate applicable Platform policies, or where Peeptown determines that continued publication is appropriate and lawful.

Requests submitted by individuals who are not Business Owners or Authorized Representatives will generally be treated as requests for review rather than requests for removal, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Peeptown reserves the right to approve, reject, partially grant, defer, or request additional information for any removal request. Decisions will be based on the information available, applicable laws, the rights of affected parties, the integrity of the Platform, and Peeptown's governing policies.

Nothing in this Policy limits Peeptown's right to remove, restrict, suspend, or disable any Business Profile at its sole discretion where required by law, to enforce its policies, to protect users, or to preserve the security, integrity, and proper operation of the Platform.
