Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.
"Business Profile" means a page or listing published on the Peeptown Platform that contains information relating to a business, organization, professional, or commercial entity, including but not limited to its name, address, contact information, business category, services, products, operating hours, website, media, and other related information.
"Claimed Business Profile" means a Business Profile that has been successfully claimed and verified by the business owner or an authorized representative, allowing them to manage and maintain the information associated with the profile.
"Unclaimed Business Profile" means a Business Profile that has not yet been claimed or verified by the business owner or an authorized representative and therefore is not actively managed through a verified Peeptown account.
"Business Owner" means the individual or legal entity that owns, operates, or has lawful authority to manage the business represented by a Business Profile.
"Authorized Representative" means a person who has been expressly authorized by the Business Owner to act on behalf of the business, including employees, managers, marketing agencies, legal representatives, or other authorized agents.
"Correction Request" means a request submitted through the Platform to report information believed to be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, or otherwise requiring review.
"Removal Request" means a request asking Peeptown to remove or disable a Business Profile from public display in accordance with this Policy and other applicable Platform policies.
"Merge Request" means a request to combine two or more Business Profiles that represent the same business into a single profile where appropriate.
"Supporting Documentation" means any information, records, documents, or other evidence that Peeptown may reasonably request to verify the identity of a requester or the accuracy of a requested change.
"Platform" means the Peeptown website, applications, services, and related technologies through which Business Profiles are published, managed, and made available to users.
Unless otherwise defined in this Policy, capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Peeptown Terms of Service or other applicable Platform policies.
