Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Ownership Changes
Where ownership of a business changes, the new Business Owner or an Authorized Representative may request control of the claimed Business Profile through the procedures made available by Peeptown. Any request involving a change of ownership may be subject to verification to protect the security and integrity of Business Profiles.
Peeptown may require reasonable supporting documentation to verify that ownership or management of the business has legitimately changed. Such documentation may include business registration records, proof of acquisition, authorization from the previous owner where available, legal documentation, or other information that Peeptown reasonably considers appropriate.
A change in business ownership does not automatically result in the transfer of control over a Business Profile. Peeptown reserves the right to review competing ownership claims, request additional information from one or more parties, and determine whether sufficient evidence has been provided before granting or transferring profile management rights.
Where an ownership dispute exists, Peeptown may temporarily restrict profile management activities, suspend the transfer process, or take other appropriate measures until the matter can be reasonably resolved. Peeptown is not responsible for resolving private contractual, commercial, employment, partnership, shareholder, or legal disputes between parties claiming ownership of a business.
Any person submitting an ownership change request must ensure that all information and supporting documentation provided is accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of false, misleading, forged, or fraudulent information may result in the rejection of the request, suspension of Platform privileges, removal of verification status, or other action permitted under the Peeptown Terms of Service.
Peeptown reserves the right to approve, reject, or defer any ownership change request where verification cannot be completed or where granting the request could compromise the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Platform.
