Intellectual Property & Brand Rights Policy
Logos, Images and Brand Assets
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or other legal authority before uploading, publishing, or otherwise using any logos, photographs, graphics, product images, marketing materials, banners, icons, illustrations, videos, or other brand assets on the Platform.
Business owners and authorized representatives may upload and manage logos, images, and other brand assets relating to their own businesses, provided they are authorized to use such materials. Users acting on behalf of a business represent and warrant that they have the legal authority to submit and manage the content they provide.
Users must not upload or use logos, images, or other brand assets that belong to another person or organization without proper authorization, or in any manner that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other legal rights. Users must also not modify, remove, or obscure copyright notices, trademark symbols, watermarks, ownership information, or other proprietary notices associated with protected materials.
The availability of logos, images, or other brand assets on a business website, social media account, search engine, online directory, or other publicly accessible source does not grant permission to copy, reproduce, or republish those materials on the Platform.
Peeptown does not verify ownership or licensing rights for every logo, image, or brand asset submitted by users before publication. The presence of such content on the Platform does not constitute confirmation that the content is authentic, authorized, licensed, or legally compliant.
Where Peeptown receives a valid complaint regarding the unauthorized use of logos, images, or other brand assets, or otherwise becomes aware of a potential infringement, the Platform may review the reported content and may remove, restrict, disable access to, or otherwise take appropriate action while the matter is being evaluated.
Peeptown reserves the right to request supporting documentation or proof of ownership, licensing, or authorization where necessary to assess the legitimacy of submitted content or intellectual property complaints.
