Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Appeals
A requester whose submission has been rejected, partially approved, or otherwise not resolved to their satisfaction may submit an appeal for further review, provided that the appeal is based on new or additional information that was not reasonably available during the original review.
An appeal should clearly explain why the original decision should be reconsidered and include any additional supporting documentation or evidence that may assist Peeptown in conducting a further review. Re-submitting the same information without any material change may result in the appeal being declined without further review.
Peeptown may review the original request, consider any new information provided, request additional documentation where appropriate, or undertake any further verification that it reasonably considers necessary before making a final decision.
The submission of an appeal does not suspend, reverse, or invalidate the original decision while the appeal is under review. Unless otherwise determined by Peeptown or required by applicable law, the original decision will remain in effect until the appeal process has been completed.
Peeptown reserves the right to uphold, modify, or reverse its original decision based on the information available during the appeal. The outcome of an appeal will be determined in accordance with this Policy, the Peeptown Terms of Service, other applicable Platform policies, and any relevant legal obligations.
Repeated, abusive, frivolous, or bad-faith appeals may be declined or restricted where Peeptown reasonably determines that further review is not warranted.
