Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Review and Decision Process
All requests submitted under this Policy are reviewed by Peeptown in accordance with the information provided, applicable laws, the Peeptown Terms of Service, and other applicable Platform policies. The submission of a request does not guarantee that the requested action will be approved or completed.
During the review process, Peeptown may verify the identity and authority of the requester, assess the supporting information provided, review publicly available information, request additional documentation, contact the Business Owner or Authorized Representative where appropriate, or undertake any other reasonable verification measures considered necessary.
The time required to review a request may vary depending on its complexity, the availability of supporting information, the existence of conflicting claims, legal requirements, or other circumstances affecting the review process. Peeptown does not guarantee that requests will be reviewed or resolved within any specific timeframe unless required by applicable law.
Following its review, Peeptown may approve the request, reject the request, partially approve the request, request additional information, defer a decision pending further verification, or take any other action that it reasonably considers appropriate under the circumstances.
Where a request cannot be reasonably verified, where conflicting evidence exists, where the request appears to be fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or submitted in bad faith, or where the requested action would violate applicable laws or Platform policies, Peeptown may decline to take the requested action.
Peeptown's decisions are made in good faith based on the information reasonably available at the time of review. Nothing in this Policy obligates Peeptown to disclose its internal review procedures, verification methods, risk assessment processes, or decision-making criteria beyond what is required by applicable law.
