Intellectual Property & Brand Rights Policy
Trademarks and Brand Names
Trademarks and brand names help identify the source of goods and services and are valuable intellectual property rights owned by businesses and other rights holders. Peeptown respects these rights and expects all users to use trademarks, service marks, business names, trade names, logos, slogans, and other brand identifiers lawfully and responsibly.
Users may not submit, upload, display, reproduce, or otherwise use another party's trademark or brand assets in a manner that infringes applicable trademark laws, creates confusion regarding ownership or affiliation, falsely suggests endorsement or sponsorship, or misrepresents the identity of a business or organization.
Business owners and authorized representatives may use their own trademarks, business names, logos, and other brand assets within their business profiles, provided they have the legal authority to do so. Users acting on behalf of a business are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary authorization to use and manage the associated intellectual property.
The inclusion of a business name, trademark, or other brand reference on the Platform does not imply that Peeptown owns, licenses, endorses, sponsors, verifies, or is affiliated with the corresponding business, brand, product, or service. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and other brand identifiers remain the property of their respective owners.
Peeptown may permit the use of trademarks or business names where such use is lawful, descriptive, nominative, informational, or otherwise permitted under applicable law. Nothing in this Policy prohibits legitimate references to businesses, products, or services where those references do not infringe the rights of the trademark owner.
Where Peeptown receives a valid trademark complaint or otherwise becomes aware of a potential misuse of trademarks or brand assets, the Platform may investigate the matter and may remove, restrict, or otherwise take appropriate action regarding the reported content or associated account in accordance with this Policy, the Terms of Service, and applicable law.
Users remain solely responsible for any trademark or brand-related content they submit to the Platform and for ensuring that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.
