Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy
Policy Exceptions
Peeptown reserves the right to make exceptions to this Policy where it reasonably considers such action necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, court orders, law enforcement requests, or other legally binding directives.
Peeptown may also depart from the standard procedures described in this Policy where necessary to protect the security, integrity, reliability, or proper operation of the Platform, prevent fraud or abuse, safeguard users or businesses, resolve technical issues, or address exceptional circumstances that cannot reasonably be managed through the ordinary review process.
Nothing in this Policy limits Peeptown's right to investigate suspected policy violations, temporarily restrict or suspend Business Profiles, preserve records for legal or operational purposes, refuse requests that cannot be reasonably verified, or take any other action permitted under the Peeptown Terms of Service or applicable law.
Where an exception is applied, Peeptown will act in good faith and, where appropriate, seek to balance the legitimate interests of affected parties while protecting the integrity of the Platform. However, Peeptown is not obligated to disclose confidential internal procedures, security measures, fraud prevention methods, or other information where disclosure could compromise the Platform, its users, or applicable legal obligations.
The existence of an exception in one case does not create a precedent or obligation for Peeptown to apply the same exception in any future matter. Each request will be considered individually based on its specific facts and circumstances.
