Legal Requests & Complaints Policy

This Policy applies to all legal requests, complaints, notices, and reports submitted to Peeptown concerning business profiles, user accounts, user-generated content, business information, reviews, images, documents, trademarks, copyrights, privacy matters, fraudulent activities, or any other content or activity made available through the Platform.

This Policy applies to all individuals and organizations interacting with the Platform, including business owners, authorized representatives, customers, users, rights holders, legal representatives, government agencies, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and any other party with a legitimate legal interest in a matter relating to the Platform.

The procedures described in this Policy apply regardless of whether the reported business profile is claimed or unclaimed, verified or unverified, provided that the complaint concerns content or activities available through Peeptown.

This Policy governs the handling of complaints and legal requests submitted directly to Peeptown. It does not govern disputes that arise solely between private parties where Peeptown is not directly involved and where no applicable law or Platform policy has been violated. Parties involved in contractual, commercial, employment, ownership, payment, partnership, licensing, or other private disputes may be required to resolve those matters independently or through the appropriate legal or administrative channels.

Nothing in this Policy limits Peeptown's right to investigate matters that come to its attention through internal monitoring, reports from third parties, public information, or other lawful sources, even where no formal complaint has been submitted.

Where another Peeptown policy specifically governs a particular type of request, including intellectual property claims, business profile corrections, privacy matters, or community standards enforcement, that policy may apply together with or instead of this Policy to the extent appropriate.
