Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy

Peeptown recognizes that certain situations may require expedited review where a Business Profile presents an immediate legal, security, or public interest concern. Emergency requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are given priority only where sufficient evidence demonstrates that urgent action may be necessary.

Emergency requests may include, without limitation, business impersonation, identity theft, unauthorized access to a claimed Business Profile, fraudulent profile activity, court orders, regulatory or law enforcement requests, significant public safety concerns, or other exceptional circumstances that reasonably require immediate attention.

A request will not be treated as an emergency solely because it is marked as urgent or because the requester prefers expedited processing. Peeptown may require appropriate supporting documentation before taking any emergency action.

Where appropriate, Peeptown may temporarily restrict access to a Business Profile, suspend certain profile management functions, disable specific features, or take other interim measures while the matter is being reviewed. Such actions are precautionary in nature and do not constitute a final determination regarding the request.

Peeptown reserves the right to determine whether a request qualifies for emergency review and the nature of any interim or permanent action that may be taken. The availability of emergency review does not guarantee that the requested action will be approved or completed within any specific timeframe.
