Legal Requests & Complaints Policy
Introduction
Peeptown is committed to maintaining a trustworthy, accurate, and legally compliant platform for businesses, customers, and the public. As an online business listing platform, Peeptown may receive legal requests, complaints, and reports concerning business profiles, user-generated content, intellectual property, privacy, fraud, impersonation, or other matters that may require review or action.
This Legal Requests & Complaints Policy explains how Peeptown receives, evaluates, investigates, and responds to legal requests and complaints submitted by business owners, users, authorized representatives, rights holders, government authorities, and other eligible parties.
Peeptown strives to balance the rights of businesses, users, complainants, and the public while complying with applicable laws and protecting the integrity of the Platform. Each request is assessed individually based on the information provided, available evidence, applicable law, and Peeptown's internal policies.
Submission of a complaint or legal request does not automatically result in the removal, modification, restriction, or suspension of any business profile, content, or account. Peeptown may request additional information, conduct further investigation, or decline requests that are incomplete, unsupported, inaccurate, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable law or our policies.
This Policy should be read together with Peeptown's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Business Listing Policy, Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy, Intellectual Property & Brand Rights Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other applicable platform policies.
