Peeptown respects valid legal processes and reviews court orders, legal notices, and other formal legal documents submitted by authorized parties or competent authorities.

Individuals, businesses, legal representatives, courts, and government authorities may submit legal documents requesting action relating to content, business profiles, user information, or other matters connected with the Platform.

To assist with review, legal notices should generally include:

• the name and contact details of the requesting party;
• identification of the legal authority or jurisdiction issuing the request, where applicable;
• a clear description of the requested action;
• identification of the specific business profile, content, account, or information involved;
• a copy of the applicable court order, legal notice, or official document;
• relevant case numbers, filing references, or official identifiers where available; and
• any additional information required to evaluate the request.

Peeptown may review submitted legal documents to determine their validity, scope, applicability, and whether the requested action is consistent with applicable law and Platform obligations.

Where required or appropriate, Peeptown may:

• comply with valid court orders or legally binding requests;
• seek clarification or additional documentation;
• notify affected parties where legally permitted;
• challenge, limit, or object to requests that appear invalid, overly broad, unclear, or legally insufficient; or
• take other actions permitted under applicable law.

Peeptown does not provide legal advice, interpret legal documents on behalf of requesting parties, or determine the outcome of disputes between private parties. Parties seeking legal remedies should consult their own legal advisors or pursue appropriate legal channels.

Requests that do not constitute valid legal processes, lack sufficient authority, or are not supported by applicable legal requirements may be declined or redirected to the appropriate complaint process.
