Business Profile Correction & Removal Policy

Business owners and their authorized representatives are encouraged to claim their Business Profiles through the Peeptown Platform in order to manage and maintain accurate business information.

Once a Business Profile has been successfully claimed and any required verification has been completed, the verified Business Owner or Authorized Representative becomes responsible for maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information associated with that profile. This includes, where applicable, updating business contact details, addresses, operating hours, websites, services, products, business descriptions, media, and other profile information.

Peeptown provides the tools and functionality that enable verified Business Owners to manage their claimed Business Profiles but does not undertake an ongoing obligation to monitor, edit, or maintain business information on their behalf. Business Owners are expected to review and update their profiles whenever material business information changes.

Where a Business Profile remains unclaimed, Peeptown does not guarantee that the information displayed is complete, current, or accurate. Business Owners are encouraged to claim their profiles promptly to ensure they can manage their own business information and access available Platform features.

Claiming a Business Profile does not grant ownership of the Platform, the listing infrastructure, or any rights beyond those expressly provided under the Peeptown Terms of Service and applicable Platform policies. Peeptown retains the right to review, suspend, restrict, or revoke profile management privileges where fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, policy violations, or verification issues are identified.

Business Owners remain responsible for ensuring that all information they publish or maintain through their claimed Business Profiles complies with applicable laws and the Peeptown Terms of Service, Business Listing Policy, Business Verification Policy, and all other applicable Platform policies.
